Nick, 345’s Head Chef & Owner, aside from his extensive global history in restaurant kitchens, also spent several years as Managing Chef at Trippas White Catering in Sydney at both the Art Gallery of NSW Restaurant & the Sydney Botanical Gardens Restaurant. Nick also spent 2 years as Head Chef at Detailed Events Catering in Vaucluse.
